Dr Ravi Khetarpal is the Executive Secretary of Asia Pacific Association of Agricultural Research Institutions. Having worked also for National Agricultural Research System, for CABI South Asia and as Consultant for FAO, World Bank and USDA for many years he possesses a wide experience in research, development, capacity building and policy sectors related to diverse areas of agriculture, and has recently established a Centre of Excellence in Agricultural Value Chain for stakeholders in Asia and the Pacific.
